President

Richard P. Koors, P.E.

Rich is the founder and CEO of Koors Contracting. With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Rich has knowledge in every stage of construction and development and calls on all of it to provide our clients with a tailored approach to all their construction needs.

A background in engineering and a career in project management allowed for Rich to hone his skills in the construction industry and gave him the technical background necessary to navigate the complicated aspects of all types of construction projects, from small renovations and interior fit outs to multi-million-dollar ground up projects.

Construction Manager

Logan Smith

Logan has 22 year of experience in the construction industry. Recently, he has spent 10 years working for a well-respected government contractor in Washington D.C. in a superintendent role that allowed him to understand all phases of construction from a hands-on point of view. His attention to detail and in-field experience brings an invaluable perspective in understanding project scopes of work and translating that to a successful finished product.

As a construction manager on the development/ownership side for the last 7 years, Logan has been able to gain experience in the processes necessary to create and maintain a successful partnership between owners and contractors. He has effectively managed and completed 6 separate multi-million-dollar ground up facilities across the country and had a hand in the success of many more.

Development Manager

Greg Hylinski

Over the course of Greg’s career he has acquired and/or developed $2+ billion in senior housing, multi-family, industrial, office, and retail properties. Greg was most recently a Director at Capital Health Group (“CHG”), where he predominately focused on growing CHG’s senior housing portfolio through acquisition and development. Over the course of his tenure at CHG, Greg managed the successful acquisition and/or development of 41 senior housing facilities totaling approximately $1.0 billion.

, Greg brings 20+ years of industry experience developing and acquiring commercial real estate. Greg is responsible for all aspects of development at Koors, including but not limited to sourcing, feasibility analysis, due diligence, capital raising, contract negotiation, and managing all aspects of construction and design.
