Sid Harvey Industries
Koors completely renovated Sid Harvey's previous office space into an ideal working facility. Work included repair of damaged ceiling tiles, repair damage to drywall partitions, remove anchor bolts from racking and patch concrete, expansion of open office area to the full width of suite, and raising ceiling. We also freshly painted and recarpeted the new office space as well as installed new opening in rear masonry wall and install new precast concrete ramp.
RSSI Roofing Company Office
RSSI is a successful roofing company who needed a renovation for their main office. Koors completed a full renovation of RSSI Roofing Company's office and warehouse location is Essex MD. RSSI needed more space in their warehouse for their work and more office space for their growing team and Koors was able to provide that for their team.
Our work consisted of a full interior fit out of office space, drywall, paint, windows, doors, flooring, ceilings, necessary electrical work, and plumbing. Koors also provided cabinet, countertop, and appliance installation for their new kitchen. In addition to the work done to create their office space, Koors also constructed their warehouse area attached to the office. Koors fully installed this warehouse area, constructing its structure down to every small functional detail to ensure the most efficient design for their work.
Harford Sound
Harford Sound is a premier complete event solution company located in Harford County, MD. Their expanding company needed additional space, updated design, and new infrastructure to allow for equipment storage and collaboration.
