Nebraska - Prairie View Apartment Renovation
Koors is dedicated to improving the living conditions of low-income communities as we renovated various apartment complexes in the Omaha Nebraska area. We believe everyone deserves a decent place to live, and we are to be making a difference in the lives of so many people. This project was live for just under a year, as Koors fully renovated 80 apartments in 117 days. By the end of those months, Koors had created a state-of-the-art apartment complex at an affordable price for this Nebraska community.
Our services for this project included concrete, masonry, metal, insulation, roofing repairs, door installment, window installment, carpeting, flooring, paint, mechanical system installation, plumbing, HVAC installment, and various specialty repair and renovations.
Washington State Senior Affordable Housing
Koors has successfully fully renovated four senior apartment complexes in the Seattle Washington area. Through skill and diligence, we were able to completely renovate as householders continued to move into their homes. Renovations included demolition, masonry, openings and finishes, paint, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC installation, electrical work, concrete work, etc.
